Hello! I am moving out of my flat and need someone to replace me. Offering a double room, with floor to ceiling windows and built in wardrobes. Fully furnished - you would be living with just one other female tenant. Shared living and kitchen space. Access to your own main bathroom (other tenant has an ensuite). £1,200 pcm bills not included. With bills amounts to around £1,330pcm.

Professional preferred around the age of 23-27. The current flatmate works from home a lot, but also doesn’t like to host many parties etc so the flat is quite a calm, quiet environment. Very friendly and kind - makes a great housemate. Female tenant only, no couples. Smoke free house, no pets. Access to residents clubhouse/gym. No parking available. Happy to meet with you first!
