I am looking for a young professional to move into this gorgeous new build flat with two of my friends, Tara and Logan! ☺️

The flat includes:

⭐️ a built in water softener running throughout
⭐️ an additional water filtered tap built into the kitchen
⭐️built in central heating system with an app to easily turn your heater on and off
⭐️large built in wardrobe storage space
⭐️double bed and mattress (other furniture in room is mine)
⭐️washing machine and dryer

All of the above included in costs below.
⭐️rent is £1100
⭐️bills roughly £100 per month

Tenancy fixed until end of February with two month rolling or 6 month fixed thereafter. Depends on what you, Tara and Logan decide!
