Double Room with Own Bathroom In E16

I’m looking for a lodger to rent a double room in my flat in West Silvertown, (5 min walk from the station).
It seems like it’s off the beaten track but it’s actually only about 25mins into central because of the good ol’ jubilee line.

Both the bedroom and living room
/kitchen area have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there’s plenty of natural light. You’ll also have access to your own bathroom. There is under-bed storage and some furniture in the room already. I’ll be happy to take furniture out if you want to bring/buy your own stuff (the bed might have to stay though - it’s also comfy AF).

A little about me—I’m 33 with a teaching/education background. I’m quite busy at the moment with building a tutoring business and teaching in school and generally trying to sort my life out 🙃.

I bought this shared ownership flat in 2021 and have been letting out the other room to friends. The time-frame on the room is a bit complicated and I’ll explain in person, but I am initially looking to have someone in for 6-8 months. I should hopefully know what I’m doing long-term by end of June, so I’ll let you know in plenty of time if you’ll be able to stay longer.

My boyfriend stays in the flat 2 or 3 nights a week after work. Despite his shocking dad jokes (that we do not encourage), he’s lovely and an excellent cook!
We’re both pretty sociable and love watching the latest series (Severance, anyone?), or being embarrassingly mediocre at pub quizzes.
I love games, cheese and wine nights and am hoping to get stuck in with loads more girls nights over the next few months.

I’m looking for someone trustworthy, clean, and tidy professional. If you love theatre and performing, that’s a bonus!

I’m quite flexible with move-in dates but end of April/Beginning of May would be ideal.
