A bright, fully furnished double room is available in my modern two-bedroom flat near Royal Victoria DLR and the Emirates Cable Car, only a few minutes from the Excel Centre and Canary Wharf. West Silvertown DLR is a five-minute walk away, and the Elizabeth Line is about fifteen minutes away, offering quick connections across London.

The room has its own private balcony, two closets and, a desk, making it a comfortable space for both relaxing and working from home. The flat has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a clean bathroom, and a cosy living area with a large TV offering Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and, regular TV channels.

All bills, Wi-Fi and, council tax are included in the rent. A parking space can also be arranged for an additional £150 per month.

A little about me: I am Dize, originally from Istanbul and now based in London. I recently completed my MSc in Environment, Politics and Society at UCL, and I currently work with one of the United Nations agencies, focusing on partnerships and resource mobilisation.

At home, I value a calm and friendly atmosphere that feels comfortable and welcoming, while keeping shared spaces tidy. I am vegetarian and enjoy cooking simple, wholesome meals. I am a big animal lover, although my two cats are happily with my family in Turkey. I like a balance of quiet evenings in and the occasional night out, and I often unwind by rewatching sitcoms or playing board games. When I can, I love travelling, having visited more than twenty-five countries, and I enjoy exploring both Europe and the English countryside.

My boyfriend occasionally stays over for a night or two each week, and I sometimes spend a few nights at his place, so there will be times when you have the flat to yourself.
