[AVAILABLE DECEMBER OR JANUARY] I am leaving my current property in December and this room would be available from December 7, although I’m flexible if needed ☺️
This room is large and comes with its own bathroom including a shower, and comes fully furnished (double bed, desk and chair, 2 bedside tables, a small table and shelves).
The flat has a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove. It has a balcony giving on the Thames Barrier Park.

The flat is 2-5 minutes from Pontoon Dock station on the DLR. The area is safe and quiet, there is a Sainsbury’s local about 5-10 minutes walk away as well as many small shops and cafés. And it is only one station away from the London City Airport, and about 20-25 minutes walk from ExCeL centre and Custom House (Elizabeth Line). The flat comes with a concierge service as well as a 24h gym.
Bills (for the entire flat, not per person) are around £35 for WiFi, £55 for heating, £55 for electricity, £189 for council tax (Newham Band E) paid every month, as well as around £170 for Thames Water every couple of months.
You would be signing a new contract with the agency, and they require a reference check.
