Single Room in West Silvertown

Our flatmate is moving to Manchester and we are looking for her replacement! I and my sister occupy the double bedroom. We are both working and most of the times out of the house so you would pretty much have the place to yourself. We are both quite clean, quiet, but love a good yapping session. We are looking for someone who is clean, that’s the only requirement.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has a lift and designated parking. We have 2 supermarkets within 5 mins of walk and 2 more within 10 mins. The West Silvertown DLR is only 3-5 mins of a walk from the apartment and Custom House station is 10 mins away. The area is well connected with buses as well and Canning Town is only 15 mins away by walk. The building is in front of the water with good views from the windows.

The apartment is very well insulated so we barely need to switch on the heating, which keeps our total bills quite low (under £100 pp). There is a large shared bathroom. The apartment also has a lot of extra storage if you want to use it. There is also a dishwasher and you are most welcome to use all our kitchen utensils and crockery.

We have been living here since April and I can say the area is quite safe at night as well. We are looking for someone who can move in by January at max, or anytime before. You would need to pass the reference check by themselves or have a guarantor (agency rules). Please drop me a text and we can schedule a viewing.
