Hi everyone! I’m looking for a clean and respectful housemate to rent a double room with a private ensuite in a modern 3-storey house near the riverside and Excel.

• Peaceful and homely atmosphere
🐾 We also have a lovely cat who is very friendly but mostly keeps to himself.

• 7 min walk to West Silvertown (DLR)
• 14 min walk to Custom House (DLR & Elizabeth Line)
• 15 min walk to Canning Town (Jubilee Line & DLR)
• 8 min bus to Canning Town
💷 Bills
Bills are not included and usually come to around £150 per month depending on usage.
