The property is in Royal Wharf (with access to West Silvertown & Pontoon Dock DLR stations and Uber boat!). The flat has a direct river view and access to the development’s club house (including a pool, sauna and steam room).
There are shops, restaurants, nail and hair salons in the development which makes it ideal!
I’m looking for a working professional to share the space with - someone who is tidy and open to socialising (but not pressure!)
P. S: there is a deposit for the flat. Happy to share more pics or arrange a viewing
