🛏️🛁 Fully furnished with double bed (inc. under bed storage drawers) triple built-in wardrobe, large chest of drawers x 2, bedside table drawers x 2, own private balcony & own private bathroom.

On 4th floor with 2 balconies facing the river that are sun traps all day!
Living with me, Anna, 31 - I work in a private office based in Paddington with flex WFH, I’m very clean, organised & tidy - super warm, bubbly & chatty! ☺️ looking for a girly who is like minded and ideally aged 27-35 ish!💗
The flat is fully furnished with all the usual white goods & a balcony off of the living area too.
Bright & spacious, move-in ready.
💰💷 £1275 pcm + bills approx £170 pcm (we’ve not needed to put the heating on in the winter - stays cosy without it!). Council Tax band E.
📆 Ideal move-in date: 18th July 2026 (flexible for a later takeover but must by 6th August latest).
