The rent is £1105 pcm (bills +£150 usually). The bathroom is completely private with a bathtub/shower and all other essentials.
It is super close to pontoon dock DLR (7mins walk) with train to bank 20mins and Stratford 15mins.
The neighbourhood is super peaceful and safe, with a Sainsbury’s and Nisa Local and a Starbucks! The Thames river is also only a 15min walk.
