We are looking for someone to replace our flatmate, who is moving out after a year.

The room is a double with a view out on to Lower Sloane Street.

The rest of the flat is spacious and light, with two ceiling skylights in the centre of the flat. The flat comes with all the amenities that you would expect - open plan kitchen and living room, large bathroom (with shower and bath), and we also have a roof area with is useful for the summer. The flat also benefits from a very pretty shared garden on the ground floor.

There are two other bedrooms in the flat (3 bedrooms in total). The current flatmates are professionals in their late 20s / early 30s, looking for a similarly independent and respectful housemate to share the flat with.

The flat is on the top floor of a beautiful period building one minute from Sloane Square tube station and all the shops and restaurants of the Kings Road. We are a ten-minute walk from Victoria.

The rent is £900 per month to cover everything.
