Part-time share of one bed flat in Central London

I am looking for someone who needs a flat for up to 15 days in a month (eg you probably have a second / principal home outside London as I do). I would be in occupation the other days in the month but never would there be overlap.

My one-bed central London flat is on the first floor of a Regency conversion overlooking Denbigh street, comprised of lounge, kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom with shower over tub.

As a west facing flat with tall windows overlooking a quiet residential street, it is bright and fairly tranquil.

There's wifi, a nutribullet, home office equipment (screen, keyboard), washing machine, but no telly. Pets are allowed. Parking permit can be arranged.

Photos are not recent but it looks mostly the same as you see here. Recently had a lick of paint and updates to kitchen. In very good condition overall.

There are two bills to cover on top of the rent of £625 - share of council tax and weekly cleaner.
