I’m looking to transfer my tenancy as soon as possible, so happy to negotiate on price.
The studio is on a high floor facing west, with a large floor-to-ceiling window. It gets really good natural light, and the sunset view is honestly one of the best parts of the room. On clear days you can even see the London Eye.
The room has underfloor heating, so it stays warm in winter. The bathroom is also quite spacious compared to most studios. Overall the space feels bright and comfortable, not cramped.
