Looking for 1 x Female Housemate

My housemate is moving out in January so looking for a replacement. It is a private bedroom with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a small outdoor space at the front of the property which is shared with next door. The property is a maisonette on 2 floors. It is a 10 minute walk from wanstead high street and local pubs, and a 7 minute walk from Snaresbrook central line station.

My previous housemates have become very good friends of mine. I would like someone who can integrate and socialise with my group of friends and vice versa, someone I can go out drinking with etc and generally share similar interests. I also love to travel….so a travelling partner would be great too! Me and my current housemate have been on 8 trips together this year 💫

I love to stay in and watch Netflix and this is actually all I do on weekday evenings! I also enjoy my own space too and would respect anyone else’s. I work full time which is both from home and office based.

I am happy with smokers however not inside the flat! :-)

My friend is moving out mid Jan and the bedroom will likely be unfurnished but has a bed and built in wardrobe. The bathroom has also been renovated since these photos and there is no bath but a large shower in its place now.
