Equal distance between Wood St for Victoria Line (10 min from Wood St) or Snaresbrook for Central line. Currently I'm 45/50 mins into TCR.

The flat has free, off-street parking.

This is my flat, it's refurbished - everything works, is clean and has everything you need. A cleaner also comes every 2 weeks.

The flat is in a very quiet area away from road noise and very peaceful and in nature.

I'm a 41 y/o working professional and tend to work at home most days depending on schedule. My nights are split between in and out and have an active lifestyle. I also travel a lot at weekends.

I have a good community around me in the neighbouring flats.

Looking for a professional who works in an office during the week. Ideally someone who has interests outside and wants to socialise too. The flat isn't big enough for two people working from home

It's a peaceful and calm flat away from hustle and bustle.

The flat is 15 minute walk from Whipps Cross hospital. Location shops are also Wood St and Wanstead High St.
