The flat has free, off-street parking.

This is my flat, it's refurbished - everything works and has everything you need. A cleaner also comes every 2 weeks.

The flat is in a very quiet area away from road noise and very peaceful.

I'm a 41 y/o working professional and tend to work at home most days depending on schedule. My nights are split between in and out and have an active lifestyle.

I have a good community around me, we often cook for each other and are social.

Looking for a professional who needs a place to stay during the week and works in an office during the week. Ideally someone who has interests outside and wants to socialise too.

It's a peaceful and calm flat away from hustle and bustle.

The flat is 15 minute walk from Whipps Cross hospital. Location shops are also Wood St and Wanstead High St.

£560 Mon - Fri.
