Hi I’m Blue, 33yrs old & I work full-time in private healthcare. My lovely housemate is moving out with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone new! I have a busy work & social life, but it would be great to socialise with a new flatmate over dinners or watching films. I’m looking for someone friendly, laid back & likes to keep the place clean and tidy.
I enjoy theatre, art, live music, travelling & brunches.
The flat:
It is a double room in a 2 bed split level flat in Snaresbrook (central line). The room comes with the bed, chest of drawers, side table & shelving unit. The flat has a shared living room, bathroom & large garden. Located 5 mins from the station & near the high street. Snaresbrook/Wanstead is a lovely area with lots of restaurants and green spaces.
The landlord is great and very responsive. He takes care of any issues promptly and I have felt so relaxed living here for the last 4 years. The tenancy renews March 31st and is a 12 month contract.
Rent - £874.50 each per month
Bills - about £178 each per month
Parking permit - about £20 for a year
There will be about £50 admin fee to sign on as a new tenant.
