The loft annexe consists of:
Individual door opening at top of shared stairway into your own small hallway, from which there are the following rooms.
Living Area: Light, airy, and fully furnished private living and dining space.
Bedroom: Quiet, comfortable bedroom with ample storage.
Kitchenette: Equipped for preparing light meals, snacks, and hot drinks. Fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer provided.
Bathroom: Private bathroom comprising sink, toilet and shower.

Limited furnishings are shown in the photos, but we can add a table, desk, chairs and other furnishings as needed.

Shared Facilities:
Parking: Off-street parking space available for you to park your car on our private driveway.
Garden & Sauna: Shared access to a new luxury electric sauna in the garden and the large garden itself.
Main Kitchen: You will have access to the large downstairs kitchen for heavy cooking and baking.
Laundry: Use of the washing machine located in the garage.

The Household:
You will be sharing the property with me (live-in landlord) and my two grown-up sons. We are an easy-going and respectful household. We also have a friendly, low-shedding Cockapoo dog, so you must be comfortable with pets.

Location & Transport:
Located in a cul-de-sac in a desirable residential pocket of Snaresbrook. Excellent transport links into Central London via the Central line (Snaresbrook station, 7 minute walk). Walking distance to the local boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants on Wanstead High Street. 10 minute walk to wide open spaces of Hollow Ponds/Leyton Flats.

Tenant Requirements:
Strictly for one person only (no couples or sharers). Suited for a respectful professional or student.

Available for either full 7-day occupancy or a Monday-to-Friday commuter looking for a weekday base at a reduced rate of £900 per calendar month.

Other Details:
A security deposit of the monthly rental amount will be required. All bills (subject to reasonable use) and council tax are included.
