There is a communal dining area and a shared separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer machine, microwave oven, cooker and oven, fridge.

Good size bathroom with bath and shower, which you will share.

£300 is the holding deposit which secures the room and £1200 is the full deposit. The balance of the deposit and the rent is payable in advance on the day before you move in.
