The price is £1850 per month is inclusive of all bills, including television and wifi internet. Couples or 2 people welcome @ a cost of £100 for the 2nd person.

Cleaner cleans common parts twice a week

Shared fully equipped kitchen, hob and oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine with dryer, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board and bathroom with shower and toilet.

There is NO en suite available although this room is next door to the bathroom.

There is no communal lounge area.

The walls are painted white with large windows, hardwearing floors with heating and secondary glazing.

Furnished with large white wardrobe and chest of drawers, double ottoman storage bed, table, leather headboard and 3 seater chesterfield sofa which folds out into a double sofa bed.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1200. The balance of the deposit £1000 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable pro rata in advance before you move in.
