Double room in fully equipped flat with large shared kitchen, dining and lounge open plan area and 2 bathrooms with showers and WC. Additional to these 2 bathrooms toilets are 2 ensuite rooms which are advertised separately. So in total 4 full bathrooms in the building.

NO en suite available in this room but you have the use of 2 bathrooms.

The walls are painted with blinds on the windows, hardwearing wood laminate floors with heating and double glazing.

Furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair, double storage gas lift bed and a black leather headboard. Free TV has been installed to view on a 32 inch flat screen.

Really huge lounge dining kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1000. The balance of the deposit £800 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. The rent is payable pro rata in advance on or before the day you move in.
