This charming bedroom, located in a cozy duplex apartment, comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a comfortable bed, closet, desk, and other essentials. This bedroom has unique feature of terrace access, conveniently reachable through the bedroom window and bathroom window.

The apartment’s location is unbeatable. Just steps away from the hustle and bustle, you’re within walking distance of Piccadilly, Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square, and Covent Garden tube stations. Oxford Street, with its shopping and vibrant atmosphere, is just two blocks away, and there are plenty of cozy coffee shops and stores right outside your door.

About me:
I am German/Bolvian. I speak German, Spanish, Portuguese, and some French. I live in London for 5 years now. Currently I am working in finance at an investment fund, with my office located in Soho, also just a short walk away. My flatmate and close friend of many years recently moved in with his girlfriend, so I’m now looking for a new young professional to move in. Initially, I’d prefer a short-term lease of 2-3 months, giving us a chance to get to know each other. If things go well, I’d be happy to extend the arrangement.

The flat is fully furnished and comes with everything you need to feel right at home. We also have a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks, though I’m flexible on the frequency depending on our needs.

The most important thing for me is that the person who moves in is tidy and respectful of the space. I’m very tidy myself and would appreciate a flatmate who values cleanliness and takes care of the flat. Other than that, I’m easygoing. I work a lot and am often out of the house.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone with a simlar background
