Rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, including a comfortable bed, closet, desk, and other essentials. The flat has two floors, and a terrace (terrace is only reachable through bedroom window, or bathroom window).

The apartment’s location is unbeatable. Just steps away from Mayfair, Marylebone, Piccadilly, Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square, and Covent Garden tube stations. There are many supermarkets, and plenty of cozy coffee shops and stores right outside the door. Surprisingly, the flat itself is quiet and calm and you do not feel the buzz and noise from the outside in the rooms.

The most important thing for me is that the person who moves in is tidy and respectful of the space. I’m very tidy myself and would appreciate someone who values cleanliness and takes care of the flat while I am away. Not a party flat!
