Room in Soho with unofficial rooftop

My flatmate is moving out of our flat and I am looking for someone to renew the lease with.

The flat is centrally located in Soho on a relatively quiet block (it’s fairly quiet after 11pm and no bars are directly here).

The flat has a nicely sized shared kitchen and living room incl. a sleeping sofa, an unofficial roof terrace for nice summer nights and a shared bathroom.

Your room is pretty cozy and comes with a double-sized bed and a wardrobe. The room does not really fit a desk.

I will be your only flatmate. I graduated last year from LSE and work in venture capital.
In my free time I enjoy going to restaurants, running, galleries (sometimes paint myself), and reading.
I’d say that I am fairly quiet but enjoy the occasional chat in the living space.

Looking for someone who feels compatible, uncomplicated, and is willing to share the cost for a cleaning service occasionally.
