Description

Hi all!

I have a double room available for sublet in my 2-bedroom flat in Soho. My lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend (rude), so I’m looking for a new flatmate to help with the cost - and for the company, of course!

The flat is located on Greek Street in Soho, which is an amazing location for eating out, nightlife, and super convenient if you work in central London.

As it’s Soho, there is some noise in the evening, so if that bothers you, this probably isn’t the flat for you. That said, we’ve got triple glazing, so it’s pretty quiet when the windows are shut.

The flat was newly built 3 years ago, so everything still feels fresh and modern. There’s a living/dining area and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge freezer.

We’ve got one bathroom with a bath/shower combo, and there’s a utility cupboard with a washing machine and dryer.

Your bedroom is furnished, comes with a bed, desk and fitted wardrobes. You might just need a side table and chest of drawers depending on how much you have.

You’d be living with me - a 34-year-old female from Cheshire. I’ve been in London for 7 years now and have a solid group of friends, but I’m definitely looking for someone I can get along with and maybe share a glass of wine with in the evenings! I work in Soho as a PA and I’m in the office 4 days a week.

I also have a little dog called Otis. He’s 3 years old and is super friendly. He's half italian greyhound and half bedlington/ whippet!

I have a dog walker who has him 2 days a week, then I WFH on Fridays. The other two days Otis is in the flat chilling and sleeping (I walk him on lunch), so it would be amazing to find someone who was keen to have a WFH buddy!

Otis is fully my responsibility and I don't expect anyone to walk/ feed him, I am however looking for a dog person who would love to spend time with him.

Ideally i'd like someone who’s relaxed and sociable but also respectful of private time. I’m really proud of the flat and try to keep it clean and cosy, so I’d love someone who’s the same.

Bills come to approx £150 a month each - Water around £26, council tax £60 (Westminster is the cheapest bracket in London) £12 for wifi, and electricity varies depending on season - but usually around £40.

-I'd also be interested in mon-fri lets or not full time lets for a reduced amount - please send me a message to discuss.

If you're interested, please send me a message telling me a bit about yourself! It would also be great if you could mention:

- If you work from home at all

- Whether you have any furniture to bring

- Your preferred move-in date

Thanks ,

Abbie x
