Rent opinions

- For stays of 6 months or more the monthly rent pro rata will be £3500 bills included.
Or
- For stays of 4 months to 6 Months the monthly rent pro rata will be £3950 bills included.
Or
- For stays of 1 month and longer periods the rent each month will be £4500 including bills pro rata.
Or
- Minimum stay can be one week @ short term rate of £1200 per week up to 30 days charges pro rata including all bills.

Deposits -
Refundable deposit for longer stays of more than 30 days £1500.
If the rent for the whole period is paid in advance then the deposit would be reduced to £500 in total
Or
Refundable short term deposit, the rent for the whole stay is paid in advance with a deposit of £250 in total.

Cleaning on departure fee for stays of over 14 days £80 on departure.
Or
Cleaning on departure fee for Short stays under 7 days £50 cleaning fee.
