Hi! I’m subletting my room in a clean, modern two-bedroom flat in the heart of Fitzrovia while I’m away from 8th August to September. (Flexible)

The room comes fully furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, cupboard space, and loads of natural light. The flat is super central — 5 mins to Tottenham Court Rd, close to Soho, Carnaby Street, Oxford Circus — you can honestly walk just about anywhere from here.

You’d be living with James, who’s a lovely, easygoing flatmate and super respectful. The flat is peaceful, tidy, and comes with a weekly cleaner and all bills included (wifi, electricity, etc).
