Besides the 'small-double' (4ft) Ottoman bed - storage underneath - and memory foam mattress, there's a double wardrobe & matching chest of drawers, desk and chair, mirror, lamp, and TV. There's also plenty of additional space for luggage etc in the loft above the bedroom.
The rent for this is £1200 per calendar month. The bills include Council Tax, gas, water, electricity, wi-fi, weekly cleaner of common parts.
The building is listed, and has classic cream panelled walls and wooden flooring throughout; a fitted kitchen with the usual integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, washer-drier and a microwave; a smart bathroom with classic roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle.
There are currently three others living here - two guys a girl, a lovely mix of gay, bi and str8 professionals, plus a cat, Rhea, which lives in the first floor front room, though occasionally explores onwards and upwards.
Please note - there is no communal living room, sorry.
