Double room available to rent in Soho, central london for flatshare.

I am the current flatmate and looking for a new flatmate for Monday to Friday. The flat is in a great loaction in Soho - close to Oxford Circus and Piccadilly.

The room has a double bed and wardrobe and the flat is furnised. The flat itself has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and sky tv.
The building itself is quiet and safe with respectful neighbours, so please note this isn't a party flat or building!

A bit about me - i am a professional female and been living in the flat for nearly 5 years.

Looking for like minded professional that wants to live in a relaxed atmosphere and make the place a home.

Rent is £700 a month including bills
