Room to rent in central London flat.
Flat is under 10 mins from both St Pancras and Euston Stations in a quiet residential courtyard.
Room is a nice double room with lots of natural light.

Share bathroom (bath and shower) and kitchen.

Furniture included: wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, bed and mattress, + desk and chair possible to buy cheaply.

We are currently 3 flatmates who have lived together for 18 months and some longer. I am moving out for a new career opportunity abroad.

Looking for someone who is up for a chat and maybe a shared dinner, as well as doing their own thing. Also fairly relaxed about cleaning while being respectful of others space.

Bills are NOT included and they are around 130£ pcm including: council tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi, cleaner (every other week for communal areas).
The flat is Camden council tax band D.

We are currently part way through our contract which expires mid-April 2025. I am looking for someone who could take the room until then. There is a possibility of extending the stay after that depending on others and the landlord.
