Flat is under 10 mins walk from both St Pancras and Euston Stations in a quiet residential courtyard.

Room is a nice double room with lots of natural light.

Shared bathroom (bath and shower) and kitchen.

Room furniture included: wardrobe, chest of draws, bed and mattress.

We are currently 3 flatmates who have lived together for 12 months and some longer. I have lived here for 4 years and am moving out for a new career opportunity outside of London.

Looking for someone who is up for a chat and maybe a shared dinner, as well as doing their own thing. Also fairly relaxed about cleaning while being respectful of others space.

Bills are NOT included and they are around £140 pcm including: council tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi, cleaner (every other week for communal areas).

Security deposit of £882 required prior to move in.

The flat is Camden council tax band D.

Secure bike storage is available.

Our current rental contract expires 17th April 2026. The landlord and remaining flatmates are keen to renew the contract for an additional year (then rolling renewals annually). I am looking for someone who could sublet the room from me for one month (mid March to mid April) then sign on to the new contract for the next year.
