Spacious Double Room near South Acton / Chiswick

I am 34 years old Brazilian/Italian living in London for almost 3 years. I have a double spacious room available in my apartment at Green Acton Complex Buildings (W38GQ). The apartment is pretty new, so you can expect an up-to-date apartment, a clean environment with nice structure and equipment (washing machine, dish machine, oven, cooktop, microwave, freezer, water filter and coffee machine). My house is my temple, designed and decorated to be a peaceful space for resting and recharging for the busy live of London.

I am looking for a kind and tidy flatmate willing to create a nice and friendly living environment. Ideally, I want people to take care of the flat as theirs, as much as I do, making it our home!

I am an artistic and chilled engineer working on a hybrid model for a big charity in London. I am also an entrepreneur, having my own startup in sustainable product design in Brazil. I am a very creative, open-minded and spiritual person. I love cooking, exercising, dancing, learning, having thoughtful conversations, making new connections, and having fun, either at home or outdoors.

As I work from home 3 days a week, having a clean and organized home is important to me. I enjoy taking care of the house and my plants, all to create a good energy environment where we are happy to arrive at. I am looking for flatmates who are keen to build a friendly and trustful relationship, respecting each one space and individuality.

The bedroom is a double bed, with a shared bathroom (with me), a high-quality mattress, a large wardrobe, and a windows that provide good natural light, ventilation, and a beautiful view of London Landscape. You will have a lot of comfort and privacy.

The apartment is on the 8th floor (the last) and has a large balcony with a great view of the London landscape. The living room is spacious and bright, with big windows and nice air ventilation. And of course, many plants :) There is a sofa, TV, dining table and a large futon to relax. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook.

2 min walk - South Acton Overground St
8 min walk - Chiswick Park St (District line)
10 min walk - Acton Town Sd (Piccadilly & District lines)
Many bus oprtions in a ratio of 5-10min walk.

Also, we are a 6 min walk from Chiswick Park Business Center and about 15 min walk from Chiswick bars and restaurants.

It's a 3 bedroom flat. The other tenant is a very nice professional Belgian woman (36), very easy going, cool and kind person who I love to live with.

It is a nice and well-taken-care-of apartment and if you are a nice person, you will be very welcome to join us. It’s important to say I am a gay and inclusive person, so I expected people that share the same values.😊 I'd love to share with another women, but I am open to anyone.
