I have one cosy, comfortable and well equiped double bedroom for rent. The bedroo is on the second floor in recently renovated loft; there are only two bedrooms, thus the shower room is only shared between two lodgers. One of the lodger is a professional nany, she is a very nice lady.
The bedroom is at price of £850 + £25 pm for common areas cleaning (kitchen, staircase, hall, drive). All bills included: electricity, gas, water, broadband, council taxes.
