Furnished Room in Beautiful Appartment Short Term

Hi,

I am Lukas and I rent my furnished room for short term (4 to 5 weeks) from begining of September until the first week of October to a tidy and respectful person. The rent is dependent on your length of stay.

The room is equipped as shown on the pictures, with a large wardrobe, TV, adjustable desk and desk chair, double bed, etc. and has a very nice view of London City in eastern direction. The location is quiet.

The appartment is located in the Green Acton Complex Buildings on the 8th floor with a large balcony. It is pretty new, so you can expect an up-to-date apartment, a clean environment with nice structure and equipment (washing machine, dish washer, oven, cooktop, microwave, freezer, water filter and coffee machine).

In the shared living room, there is a sofa, TV, dining table and a large futon to relax. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need to cook.

The place is very convenient for transport:
2 min walk - South Acton Overground St
8 min walk - Chiswick Park St (District line)
10 min walk - Acton Town Sd (Piccadilly & District lines)
Many bus oprtions in a ratio of 5-10min walk.

It's a 3 bedroom flat. The other tenants are from Belgian and Brazil. You share the bath with just one other person.
