South Acton room

Hi!

We are looking for someone to join our 3 person flat in South Acton. I am a live in landlord but spend majority of my time at my partners flat. So it is mainly a 2 person flatshare.

We are looking for a working professional over the age of 25 preferably someone who identifies as female. We are quite a creative household (so if you’re into that it’s a plus but also not obligatory). Looking for someone who’s interested in being social but this is not a house party house. Sadly due to allergies we are a non pet household (fish are welcome).

We are looking for someone who is interested staying on till July 2025(with opportunity for short term extension beyond that). Will consider shorter term lets/ two month rolling contract.

Bathroom is not en-suite but is only a couple of steps away and you have sole use of that bathroom(excluding guest use).

Parking is very limited in the area, local road restrictions are 9-5 Monday to Friday. It is not possible to get a council permit for parking while living in this block.

Bills are all included. Deposit is one month’s rent.
