Looking for a flatmate in Acton

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take my bedroom in a cosy 3 bedroom house with a private garden and a shed. The bedroom on offer is on the ground floor with convenient access to the dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed, a clothes rail, and a shelf. I'm also adding a nightstand that isn't currently in the pictures but will be there to see during viewings. If you would like more furniture, please let me know and it will be added by move-in.

Please ignore the cardboard boxes in the pictures, as I'm in the process of removing them and they'll be gone before move-in!

The two remaining flatmates are friendly and sociable: one is a masters student at Imperial and one is a full-time professional, so we're happy to consider both students and professionals. Both flatmates are creative and artistic, with hobbies such as inking and digital art. They are also clean and responsible and respectful of privacy and quiet, especially during night hours.

For professionals, we are in council tax band C.
