ASAP-Double/Single Room in South Acton/Chiswick

To move in ASAP - 21st-22nd December!
Contract ends on 7th of September 2025 so you will be required to stay until then.

Sadly I will have to move out from this little but double bed room located in a nice area in South Acton. Very close to tubes: Chiswick Park (district), South Acton(overground) and Acton Town(picadilly).
There is an energie gym like 2 min walk and also a sainsbury local.
It's a nice and quiet area next to a cute park but also next to the Overground which runs until 23:30 and after you won't hear a thing. Personally I've never had a problem falling assleep and its decently quiet.
The house consists of Axel and Tony - which are the guys in the house, and Eliza and Izzy - our lovely girls. They are all amazing, friendly and fun, and in general the flatmates are a 10/10.
When I joined I was a student and so was Axel, meaning everybody will be fine to have either a professional or a student. There is a catch for students tho - you will have to pay for council tax, so if you don't want to do that- we wont be the house to help.

Water bills are included in the price which we pay to the landlord on every 7th day of the month. Council tax, energy, gas, wifi - we devide ofcourse but all in total wont be more than 100£ depending on the month. Everyone is very respectful.

The room will be a bit empty as i'm taking with me the desk, chair, bedsheets, curtains but means you can add extra stuff or just keep it simple. You are also free to reorder it as before I moved the bed was at another place.
