Double En-Suite Room in Modern Flat

Hi everyone,

My name is Olympia, and I’m currently living in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in a new development. My current flatmate/friend is moving out, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me. The available room is a double en-suite bedroom.

A little bit about me:

You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I’m a professional in my 30s and would ideally like to live with another professional.

I’m a pretty chilled person — I enjoy going to the gym, seeing friends, travelling, and occasionally going out for drinks. I work Monday to Friday and go into the office in Central London three times a week. It would be great to live with someone sociable who also respects personal space and keeps shared areas clean and tidy.

About the flat & area:

• Located in a lovely gated development with fob access
• Close to supermarkets, gyms, and only 10 minutes from Chiswick High Street
• Acton Town station is around an 8-minute walk (Piccadilly & District lines)
• South Acton Overground station is also nearby
• The flat is energy efficient (Band B), so it stays very warm during winter
• Bills usually come to around £140–£170 per month

A few things to note:

• No smokers, students, or couples
• Pets may be discussed with the agency, although I am allergic to cats
