Looking for a lovely human to share my home with! 😊

I'm renting out a newly furnished double bedroom with your own bathroom in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat spread across two floors. Each bedroom is on a different floor, so it feels much more private than your average flatshare.

The room is available immediately, but I'm absolutely happy to wait for the right person rather than rush it.

Super quiet room backing onto neighbours' gardens (it's in the extension, so no one stomping around above you! 🙌)
Your own large bathroom right next door with both a bath and shower

The flat 🏠
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (including an air fryer), fast WiFi, and you're welcome to use the Peloton bike and home weights if that's your thing.
You'll also have access to the living room, large TV with streaming subscriptions and the PS5 on agreement (sharing privileges can definitely be negotiated 😅).
The flat is bright, calm, full of plants and has one extra resident...
🐶 my incredibly friendly, quiet French Bulldog. She's basically a professional napper and will probably become your biggest fan.

About me 👋
I'm a woman in my late 30s and work full-time (usually from home around 3 days a week).
I'm a bit of a nerd - I love reading, films, binge-worthy TV shows, PS5 gaming and fitness (gym and home workouts). I also enjoy the occasional festival or day rave... but definitely not at home 😄. Always partial to a great bottle of wine and good conversation too.
It's a pretty quiet household. I rarely have people over and I'm looking for someone with a similar vibe who enjoys having a peaceful home to come back to.
