Double Bedroom on Bankside

I have a large double room I would like to rent for £950 a month, including bills. I live on the river at Bankside facing St. Pauls and also have a beautiful large balcony facing the Tate Modern.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and warm person who would like to make my home theirs also. Ideally I would prefer a girl who works full-time and doesn’t work from home. I am fun, kind and friendly. I love to cook, bake and I go to the gym several times a week. I’m super easy going and I enjoy a chat over a glass of wine after a hard day at work.

The room is furnished with a chest of draws, king size bed, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and mirror.

Southwark station is a 5 minute walk
St. Paul’s station is a 12 minute walk
