Studio Room in Central London Available to rent

I have a silver studio room available to sublet in my Student Accomedation from the 26th of May to 30th August. The room is 21 SQM in size. The room has a twin bed, a sofa, a study table and chair, a kitchen, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. The accomedation also has a common lounge on the 13th floor with TVs, A pool table, a foosball table and a terrace with an amazing view of London. There are also study rooms, a gym, a courtyard that you can access for free. There are also washing machines and dryers to use. There are many restaurants like Wagamama, Vapiano, Tortilla, Honest burgers, Starbucks, Costa, Byron Burgers etc etc within a 5 minutes walk. There is a tesco and sainsburry right next to the building. SOUTHWORk underground station is just a 5 mins walk from the building. We have regular movie nights and parties and celebrations in the common room. The students and staff are very friendly. The Thames river is just a 7 minutes walk. It takes only 15 minutes to get to Bond street, Oxford street etc. The Tate modern and Borough market are within 7 mins walk. You are allowed to have guests stay the night.
