Short term let at lovely family home on South Bank

Looking for someone to join the house while I am travelling over summer in a large family home with school-age children on South Bank. The room is large with a double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk and makeup dresser. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, living room and two bathrooms (with the best water pressure in London!). The house is on a quiet residential street with a garden whilst being two minutes walk away from all of South Bank's shops, bars and restaurants. Amazing transport links from Blackfriars, Waterloo and Southwark as well as being a few minutes walk over Blackfriars and Waterloo bridge.

My room is available from Friday 31st May until 17th August (SHORT TERM LET!), the room is £800pm with a deposit of one month's rent (£800). All bills included (wifi, electricity, gas, water, tv). Females only please!!
