We're sociable and enjoy a good chat. Interests include sports, travel, and exploring the local restaurants and pubs on the South Bank. From time to time we organise wine tastings 🍾🥂🍷
• Inside the Flat: The apartment (floor area approx. 1028 SQ. FT/ 95.5 SQ. M) consists of three private rooms, each with its own bathroom and a large, fully-equipped shared kitchen (with a washer-dryer). There is no shared living room within the flat itself.
• Outside the Flat: For socialising and relaxing, you have full access to the building's stunning rooftop terrace with Thames and Central London views, a private residents' park, multiple lobbies, and a full leisure centre (gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room).
📝 THE ESSENTIALS:
• Rent: £1,638 per month
• Fixed Bills Package: £200 per month per person
