The apartment has wooden and natural stone floors throughout along with very high ceilings and large windows commensurate with a Georgian property. Inside is furnished in a light and contemporary style and additionally there is secondary glazing. Views of the London Eye from the balcony (slightly obscured by the new Shell development!).

The apartment is a 3 minute walk from both Waterloo station and the Southbank / River Thames. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the West End / Covent Garden and a 20 minute walk to Bank & the City.

Excellent transport links with Northern, Bakerloo, Jubilee and Waterloo & City Line (The Drain) only a few minutes away. Along with numerous bus routes, some of which are literally on the doorstep.

There is a plethora of restaurants, bars, theatres, shops on the Southbank, Lower Marsh and The Cut, along with the London Eye, Gabriel’s Wharf, Tate Modern and Oxo Tower all within a 5 minute walk.

Additionally there is a large, sunny, south facing communal garden accessible to the tenants - with plenty of garden furniture provided.

The current tenant is a friendly, 25 year old male, working in the city.

The rooms are available to either male or female. Ideally a working professional in full employment.
I’m unable to rent to students due to restrictions with our building insurance.
