Room 1 £525: a beautiful extremely large double room with ensuite and super king duxana bed.

Room 2 £495: a second smaller double room, with beautiful bed and fitted wardrobes. It does not have an ensuite but it would have its own large bathroom with bath and shower., as it's a two bathroom place.

You will be sharing with one other person and happy to look at short rentals of 3 - 11 months.

This is a well looked after flat with hi spec modern furniture in a modern new build. The flat has been been newly decorated throughout. There is an open plan dining room and living room with a washer dryer and dishwasher all Miele appliances.

The flat is situated in the highly sort after area of the South Bank very close to the river. It is situated behind the Tate Modern next to Hilton Bankside (5* plus complex) of which you have access to the pool at a discounted rate for being a local resident ( I believe its £75 approx a month). There are plenty of gyms and supermarkets on the doorstep and it is perfect for people working in the City being able to walk to St Pauls in about 12 minutes by taking the millennium bridge across the river.

London Bridge station is approximately 8 minutes walk away with a fast commute to Canary Wharf on the Jubilee line. Southwark station approx 4 minutes. You can walk to Covent Garden in less than 30 minutes from the flat.
