The rent is charged at £425 a week (£490 inclusive of bills) Due to the increase in electricity prices the rent includes an allowances of £50 of electricity a month, anything above this you will need to pay for split between yourself and the other housemate. You will be sharing with one other person. Short lets of less than 3 months are considered but this is at a higher rent.

London Bridge station is approximately 8 minutes walk away with a fast commute to Canary Wharf on the Jubilee line. Southwark station approx 4 minutes. You can walk to Covent Garden in less than 30 minutes from the flat.
