Furnished double room in a 2-bed, zone-1 flat in a lovely, quiet residential street, 5 minutes from Waterloo, Southwark tube and the South Bank. The City and West-End are both within easy walking distance.

The room is 11.5’ by 11’ with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a small desk suitable for home working. It's clean and bright with high ceilings.

The flat has a large lounge with a sofa, TV and small dining table, a kitchen with a built-in washing machine, a shared bathroom with plenty of storage, and a very spacious hallway. It is located in a charming, quiet, leafy residential street with lovely Victorian style lampposts! Transport connections are great – Waterloo and Southwark tube stations are a 5-minute walk away and London Bridge 15 minutes. The South Bank is also a short walk away and local shops, bars, and restaurants as well as the Young and Old Vic theatres are literally just around the corner.

I am a 26-year-old professional female, easy-going and sociable. I work in the City four days a week and at home for the other day. My current flatmate is moving out to work abroad and I’m looking for a professional female aged 23-30 to replace her. You should be clean and tidy and generally respectful of the property. Someone who enjoys their own space but is happy to chill watching Netflix every now and then would be ideal.

Bills are additional and come to approx. £175/month for council tax, electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi.

You will be required to do reference checks and sign a lease agreement with our property management company. The lease will begin on 6 March 2026, lasting a calendar year with the option to renew annually.
