Short Let (April / May) double room, on southbank

Hi!

I’m Amanda. I’m looking to rent out my spare room April until June 10th. Willing to consider all lengths of let during that time.

The room
- Double Bedroom
- All furniture in picture included
- Built in wardrobe
- Ottoman bed (great for extra storage!)

The apartment
- bills included
- all furniture included
- fully fitted out kitchen (I have everything you’ll need)
- huge living room and dining room
- TV including most streaming services
- 24/7 porter
- 10th floor with lift
- balcony with sofa (great for sunnier days)
- 2 toilets but one shower

Location
- a block off the southbank
- little Waitrose in building
- 7 min walk to Blackfriars, 8 min walk to Southwark, 10 min walk to Waterloo
- can walk to Soho in less than 30 mins

About me
- 26 year old professional working in media
- originally Scottish but sound American now haha
- usually in the office 3-5 days a week and out in the evenings
- play basketball and netball and learning to play golf
- go to a lot of live music events
- love to cook
- love chill nights in too!
- lived in 9 countries and travelled to over 70

Looking for
- someone who wants a temporary room - potentially just moving to the city so finding their feet, doing an internship or between places - as my friend will move in in June
- the classics of clean, respectful etc.,
- I’m happy to socialise together but I’m also happy to just be chill.

Some other things
- all the furniture is my furniture not the landlords so please be extra considerate
- we should have a cleaner (whose costs we will split 50/50) every 2nd or 3rd week. They’re usually £30 a time so not too pricey!
