Looking for fourth flatmate for summer tenancy!

Hi! We're looking for a fourth flatmate for the summer tenancy period (June 1st - September 9th). The flat is fairly large for an early 20s accommodation -- the room itself comes with a double bed and a desk, along with a large shared living space with a coffee table, hosting space, and dinner table. There is a free in-unit washer and dishwasher in the kitchen as well.

We like doing craft-and-wine nights every now and then, as well as sharing baked goods! The flat is very communal and open-door, as well as very LGBT-friendly. We're all students/graduating soon, so are frequently out of the house during the day for uni classes or work.

The best thing about this accommodation is access to public transit. Waterloo Station and Southwark are both five minutes away by walking distance, so getting around (even late at night) is never an issue. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and gated, if there are any safety concerns.
