We’re looking for a clean, tidy, and calm person to take over our flatmate’s room as she’s moving out. We’ll need to set up a new contract in August and therefore the rent might change, but put 1500£ to be on the safe side
It’s an ensuite with a shower. The flat is gorgeous, modern, electric stove, underfloor heating, wooden floor in common areas, balcony with view on london eye. you can estimate around <50£ on water heat and electricity given it’s a new build with <100£ on council tax
We’re a couple, one of us wfh the other from the office, so would ideally look for someone who is not working from home
