We’re looking for a clean, tidy, and calm person to take over our flatmate’s room as she’s moving out. It’s an ensuite, double bed, has a closet, chest of drawers, and a desk in the room
We’ll need to set up a new contract starting the 4th of August.

The flat is gorgeous, modern, electric stove, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, underfloor heating, wooden floor in common areas, balcony with view on london eye. you can estimate around 50£ per month on water, heat, and electricity given it’s a new build with 100£ on council tax

We’re 7 minutes from Southwark station, 8 minutes from borough and 10 minutes from elephant and castle. There are lots of nice restaurants around
We’re a couple, one of us WFH the other from the office.
