Large Double Room with easy commute to The City

PLEASE NOTE: This room is suitable for female tenants only looking for a 4/5 night rental - please do not reply otherwise. The price is based on five nights and would be reduced for a four night stay.

We have a large double room available in our flat. You would have access to bathroom, and the kitchen diner. There is also a large communal garden. You would be living in a large ground floor family flat with two school aged children.

We live one road away from the River Thames (just behind the Globe Theatre) and a twenty minute walk to Liverpool Street station (344 bus is at the end of the street and also take you straight there). We are very close to London Bridge and Southwark Tube stations (Jubilee line) and Covent Garden is only a 15 minute cycle ride away (Boris bikes are at the end of the street). The area is incredibly safe with the building having its own CCTV. The building has a great community feel with all the neighbors knowing each other.

We are looking for a FEMALE tenant for five nights per week maximum - Sunday evening through Friday morning. The house is completely non-smoking. Wireless internet is included. The room is a good sized double with a large wardrobe and desk. It is incredibly light and airy. The rent is £500 per month all inclusive of bills (ex. phone) for one person. If only four nights are required the rental is £450 per month.

I work as an analyst in the city and my partner works in architecture. The children share their time between my flat and their fathers' nearby flat.
