Description
This is a really friendly house very close to the London Eye and River Thames and only a short walk to Covent Garden and the West End. It is a situated in a quiet square with plenty of trees and grass. There is a drive at the front and a garden at the back with lawn and patio for summer BBQs.
It has a large kitchen with lounge and two bathrooms with excellent showers. There is full double glazing with a super efficient combi gas boiler and radiators in every room so everyone is snug and warm.
This is a double bedroom on the second floor overlooking the back garden. It has a laminate wooden floor, double bed and mattress and wall shelves with clothes rail.
Everyone has serious jobs/studies during the week so the house keeps sensible hours. However they are friendly and sociable too.
The rent includes council tax, water and unlimited broadband internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared and really cheap - around £30 per month.
The house is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been a landlord for over thirty years and it is my full time occupation so I can respond quickly to your needs. I am an accredited member of the National Landlords Association (membership number 186306).
The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice if you need to leave. There is no notice at all needed if you want to swap to one of my other flats or houses.
Upon payment, your deposit is immediately protected by the Government Scheme, MyDeposits. You will be issued with a signed certificate which will give you peace of mind. If I run off to South America with some pretty girl (unlikely but I can dream!) or get run over by a bus (hopefully not but more likely as I cycle everywhere), you will be able to get your deposit back. I always return deposits quickly and efficiently in full as soon as the keys are returned. All you need to do is give me one month’s notice and clean your room on departure.
