Room with A View (South Bank / Waterloo Southwark)

Room for mature sensible person, minimum age 30.
This room is rented as lodgings only, its not a flat share buddy up type of shared flat, no shared living room. You must be able to prove you are fully COVID vaccinated, hand washing as soon as you enter the flat, if you do don't want to do that it's probably not the right place for you.. We only want to take someone with very good personal hygiene standards.

We would prefer someone who isn't into doing a lot of frying when you cook. No party's or friends staying over night !
Another important thing, we don't wear shoes indoors, you can wear slippers or flip flops indoors. We also practice washing our hands when we come home, London has a huge population, you don't know what germs you could have come into contact with when your out, as we have to share things, it makes hygiene common sense to practice doing this. We would expect our lodger to do this as well, if you don't want to do that you'd with us.

Our apartment is on the 7th floor with a slow lift, the room is more spacious than it appears to be in the photo and the view from the window is lovely, the bed can be moved to the other side of the room if you prefer. The location here is fantastic, we are very close to Waterloo Train Station, South Bank, Tate Modern, Westminster Bridge, Blackfriars Bridge, Trafalgar Square, Elephant & Castle and Vauxhall.

Please note, there is no smoking allowed in the apartment and the room offered is for single occupation every night !
Anyone using any type of recreational drug will be moved out immediately, no exceptions.

Its not a shared living room but we sometimes invite our lodger to join us for dinner and watch a movie.

Washing machine and dryer. All bills included, fast 70 Mbps broadband 802.11ac WiFi with separate 5 GHz band for smart phone.

There is parking for a car if needed.
